Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 / annual

In this role, you will own the complete accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and crypto accounting functions end-to-end. Your responsibilities include:
**Accounts Payable:** Bill processing with the AP processor, weekly payment run approvals, AP reconciliation to Bill.com aging reports, and cleanup of aged and negative items.
**Cash & Crypto Management:** Monthly reconciliations for all bank accounts and crypto wallets, Bill.com clearing account and restricted cash reconciliation, cash application for wire and stablecoin receipts, crypto journal entries, and crypto subledger management.
**Accounts Receivable:** Invoicing coordination with FinOps, AR tie-out, revenue recognition entries under ASC 606, customer statements, and DSO tracking.
**Purchase Order Process:** Manage PO workflow per Accounting Manager policy, match POs to bills in Bill.com, hold bills above threshold without POs, and track open POs and committed spend for close.
**Collections:** Run collections under receivables SLA including follow-up, escalation to account owners, and reserves for balances over 60 days.
**Additional Duties:** Company card reconciliation and transaction coding review, crypto account reconciliation using Treasury statements, audit request ownership for AP/AR/cash/crypto, AP processor supervision and vendor master data protection, and month-end journal entries and reconciliations across all areas.

**Requirements:**
- CPA or CPA track with 4–8 years of experience across public accounting and industry
- AI tools or workflow automation experience (e.g., using AI to speed up reconciliations, JE prep, or reporting)
- Subledger and reconciliation ownership in NetSuite
- Collections experience and direct, professional communication with customers
- Bill.com experience and multi-entity exposure
- Depth of crypto and stablecoin reconciliations and journal entries (core to role)
- Revenue recognition experience under ASC 606
**Nice to Have:**
- Payments or fintech industry experience including MTL reporting
