Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the energy and compute backbone for the world's most ambitious AI workloads. As Senior 3PL Strategy & Relationship Manager, you will architect and manage Crusoe's third-party logistics network to support rapid scaling of datacenter infrastructure deployments across complex geographic footprints. You will transform Crusoe's logistics operations from a reactive, decentralized model to a proactive, centralized strategy. This involves designing a regionalized 3PL warehousing network that buffers supply chain shortages, optimizes lead times for critical infrastructure components, and maintains strategic inventory positioning across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities include: architecting the 3PL network to maximize inventory availability while managing distinct sales tax and corporate funding structures; partnering with Finance and Tax teams to ensure compliance across jurisdictions and project-based funding models; establishing frameworks to identify fungible vs. site-specific inventory and executing dynamic redeployment strategies; managing strategic supplier relationships with robust SLAs and performance dashboards; and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to translate infrastructure roadmaps into warehousing requirements. You will need 5+ years of strategic logistics, supply chain, or 3PL experience, ideally in capital-intensive tech infrastructure (data centers, cloud, telecom, energy). Strong understanding of how logistics networks impact corporate accounting, project-based funding, inventory asset holding costs, and sales/use tax is essential. You should have a proven track record transforming decentralized operations into centralized, data-driven hubs; experience insourcing high-cost third-party logistics; deep inventory expertise in material planning and lead time management; and comfort with ERPs, Warehouse Management Systems, and data visualization tools.
