Salary: USD 128,500 - 192,700 / annual

F5 is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Office of the CISO and lead strategic enterprise-wide security transformation initiatives. This role owns program strategy, development, and execution of complex, cross-functional programs spanning people, process, and technology. You will design and maintain program execution plans and roadmaps, establish workstream structures, define success metrics and KPIs, and serve as the central coordination point across multiple business units including Product, Engineering, Customer Support, Sales, and Finance. Key responsibilities include ensuring clear program outcomes and business alignment, identifying and monitoring workstreams against scope and budget, establishing governance structures, managing risks and escalations, and facilitating communication across stakeholders. You will partner with Change Management on adoption strategies, provide regular executive updates, and deliver high-level presentations to leadership. The role requires strong program management expertise (waterfall, agile, kanban), strategic planning capabilities, budget management experience, and proficiency with program management tools. You will need demonstrated experience leading complex, high-impact programs at technology companies, ideally with cybersecurity program management background. Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence cross-functionally are essential. The ideal candidate thinks strategically while acting tactically, synthesizes complex information into data-driven decisions, and communicates effectively across all organizational levels. You should have a learning mindset, stay current on industry trends, and thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities. Required: Bachelor's degree, 8+ years program management experience at tech companies. Desired: MBA, PMP/PgMP certification, and experience managing complex cybersecurity programs across engineering and product organizations.
