Salary: USD 150,000 - 185,000 / annual
Crusoe is seeking a Security Program Manager to lead physical security strategy and delivery across its growing portfolio of data center construction projects. You will own the complete project lifecycle for physical security systems—from initial design through installation, commissioning, and operational transition. This includes managing access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fencing, gates, vehicle barriers, lighting, and perimeter security systems across new-build, expansion, and retrofit projects.
Key responsibilities include leading physical security delivery across multiple concurrent data center projects; managing the full project lifecycle including design reviews, bid packages, budgets, schedules, submittals, change orders, installation, commissioning, and closeout; partnering with architects, engineers, general contractors, vendors, systems integrators, customers, and internal teams; reviewing security drawings, specifications, and technical submissions against Crusoe and customer requirements; applying physical security and CPTED principles to all security systems; managing multimillion-dollar budgets while identifying cost, schedule, quality, and delivery risks; establishing consistent security standards, quality assurance processes, and governance documents; conducting site walks, field inspections, and commissioning activities; communicating technical decisions and tradeoffs to both technical teams and senior stakeholders; and helping shape Crusoe's long-term physical security strategy.
You bring 5+ years of experience in physical security project management, security systems deployment, or construction management, ideally in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or critical infrastructure. You have hands-on knowledge of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and perimeter security systems; experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and submittals; proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and systems integrators; and strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Familiarity with construction management platforms like Procore, networking/systems integration, and the ability to read and mark up technical drawings are expected. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Security Management; certifications such as CPP, PSP, PMP, or CPTED; and experience with AutoCAD or similar design software.
Approximately 25–30% travel is expected to support design meetings, site walks, inspections, construction milestones, and commissioning activities across Crusoe's data center portfolio.
