You will drive metrics and program reviews to transparently communicate performance and accountability to both peer teams and upper management.
The role involves providing expert leadership on highly visible, multi-faceted projects while motivating and fostering coordination across geographically distributed teams (US, India, Australia). You'll work closely with Software Engineers, Engineering leaders, Product Managers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure security initiatives are integrated throughout the organization.
You will build and improve project management tools and practices, mentor the team on best practices, and drive continuous improvement in security processes. Additional responsibilities include organizational functions such as calendar management and vendor coordination for the TISO and CI&SO.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or relevant field (or equivalent practical experience), with 5+ years of technical program management experience. 2+ years of exposure to security, site reliability engineering, or software engineering is preferred. You should be comfortable understanding IT concepts such as web applications and servers, and be relatively tech-savvy. Excellent communication skills are essential, as this role requires liaising across the entire organization.
