Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities, seeks a Security Education, Training & Awareness (SETA) Manager to own and elevate the company's security education program. This role sits within Anduril's Security Team, which employs state-of-the-art measures to protect people, assets, operations, and innovations while maintaining stringent industry and government compliance.
You will manage and scale Anduril's SETA program, designing innovative training methods across multiple channels including in-person sessions, Slack, Confluence, and email. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you'll partner with Program Leadership, FSOs, CSSOs, Program Managers, and the PERSEC team to develop training initiatives that bridge security and classified programs, fostering early engagement to secure necessary cleared staffing ahead of schedule.
Key responsibilities include: designing and delivering engaging training materials that translate complex U.S. government security policies (Industrial & Special Programs) into clear, actionable resources; conducting onboarding briefings, debriefings, and compliance training that ensure true comprehension; maintaining tracking metrics and providing detailed security status reports to leadership; developing and managing an on-site Security Speaker Series by establishing partnerships with federal, state, and local law enforcement and government agencies (FBI, DCSA, local police); and leading enterprise-wide security awareness campaigns, workshops, and tabletop discussions that promote a proactive security mindset.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and proven ability to motivate and guide a workforce through organizational change. You must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of instructional systems design, high-impact briefing delivery, and educational methodologies. Experience with DoD 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and Intelligence Community Standards is essential. A current U.S. Top Secret security clearance is mandatory. The ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, creative, and able to handle multiple demands while prioritizing based on urgency.
