Fluidstack is building civilization-scale AI compute infrastructure, acquiring power, designing and operating data centers globally. The Security Deployment Lead owns end-to-end physical security technology across greenfield data center campuses, from groundbreaking through commissioning into steady-state operations.
You will partner with engineering teams and trades to drive on-schedule deployment of physical security systems, including Electronic Security Systems (ESS) programming and commissioning. You carry Fluidstack's security commitments to customers, hitting every contractual milestone. You design and execute site-specific strategies for secure material movement and protection of critical assets through deployment and operations phases.
The role requires deep technical expertise in Electronic Security Systems—programming, commissioning, door hardware validation—not just oversight. You must have lived the full data center security lifecycle from groundbreak to go-live and speak both construction and operations fluently. You plan and execute secure material moves and critical-asset protection on active build sites, comfortable owning security when it touches everything on site.
Fluidstack operates with extreme ownership, full autonomy, and velocity. You'll own things end-to-end, often taking on scope outside your core role to get things done. The company challenges every assumption and operates from first principles. The security team is building the entire security program from scratch as the company scales across continents, protecting the most valuable and targeted artifacts in technology—model weights training on frontier AI infrastructure.
Bonus experience includes hyperscale greenfield builds, ESS deployment and commissioning at scale, construction-phase security, and customer-facing security commitments.
