Salary: CZK 845,714 - 1,057,143 / annual

As a Security & Compliance Analyst, you will join the Governance, Risk, and Compliance team to maintain compliance activities, resolve compliance-related issues, and support engineering and sales teams with customer requirements. Your work will help protect the trust of hundreds of millions of consumers who shop online.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support periodic audits of company procedures and processes, and prepare compliance reports
- Investigate compliance issues, document findings, and support implementation of corrective actions
- Complete security and compliance sections of RFPs and customer questionnaires to support sales
- Ensure policies, standards, and documentation are reviewed and kept current
- Lead the security training program
- Maintain process mapping and organizational responsibility structures
- Support updates to compliance policies and documentation
- Research relevant regulations, standards, and industry developments
- Communicate applicable regulations and compliance requirements to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with management reviews and supporting materials
- Communicate with clients across EMEA and US regions

Requirements:
- Working knowledge of relevant industry compliance requirements and standards
- Good understanding of SaaS businesses and operations
- Good understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance in IT environments
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with ability to work across stakeholders
- Previous experience as compliance analyst, security analyst, compliance officer, or similar role
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective research and documentation skills
- Ability to organize work and manage competing priorities
- Experience with ISO security standards or willingness to develop knowledge
- Exposure to SOC 2 audits or similar compliance assessments
