7AI is building an agentic security platform that uses swarming AI agents to automate and augment security operations. As a Tier 2 Security Analyst, you will validate and enhance investigations completed by AI agents, correlate data from multiple sources (cloud, endpoint, identity, network, email), and investigate malicious activity to understand attack complexity and customer risk. You'll use advanced AI agents to hunt threats in customer environments, assist with ongoing threat monitoring and triage during incidents, and proactively identify anomalies by reviewing logs and findings. The role requires strong communication skills to engage with customers ranging from SOC analysts to CISOs, and you'll help architect scalable processes as the organization grows. You'll collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams, providing feedback on the AI platform's customer experience and tuning. The position includes on-call weekend shifts as needed and operates on a 3 AM–11 AM ET schedule. You'll stay current with emerging cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and AI-driven attack techniques, contributing to detections that feed back into the product roadmap.
