Founded in 2016, the company partners with health plans, health systems, and provider groups to deliver integrated care for patients with cardio, kidney, metabolic, and other chronic conditions using advanced analytics, clinical innovation, and technology-enabled care management.
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Analytics & Reporting team. This role is ideal for an Agile delivery professional passionate about helping cross-functional teams align priorities, improve delivery processes, remove barriers, and consistently deliver high-quality analytics and reporting solutions.
You will serve as a delivery leader, facilitator, and strategic partner supporting a diverse portfolio of analytics initiatives across Clinical Analytics, Operations & Client Success Analytics, Value-Based Care Analytics, and Analytics Engineering. The Scrum Master will establish and maintain consistent delivery practices across the Analytics & Reporting organization while balancing business priorities, stakeholder expectations, technical dependencies, and available capacity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support successful delivery of analytics, reporting, data engineering, and business intelligence initiatives
- Serve as primary Scrum Master and delivery facilitator for multiple analytics teams
- Lead internal team meetings focused on project updates, delivery status, milestones, risks, and blockers
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives)
- Partner with Analytics & Reporting leadership to align priorities and translate organizational objectives into actionable delivery plans
- Facilitate prioritization discussions when teams encounter competing requests, capacity limitations, or cross-functional dependencies
- Develop and communicate weekly project and portfolio updates to critical stakeholders
- Serve as central coordination point between Analytics & Reporting teams and stakeholders across Clinical, Operations, Client Success, Finance, Product, and Data Engineering
- Proactively identify project risks, issues, blockers, resource constraints, and cross-team dependencies
- Maintain portfolio-level visibility into active projects, analytics requests, committed deliverables, and project health
- Promote consistent use of Jira for managing epics, stories, tasks, priorities, milestones, and dependencies
The ideal candidate combines strong Scrum and Agile delivery expertise with excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder-management, and organizational skills. You must be comfortable working across technical and business teams and influencing outcomes without direct management authority.
