Salary: USD 100,000 - 115,000 / annual
Impiricus is transforming pharmaceutical industry communication by building digital solutions that enhance interactions between physicians and drug manufacturers. We're seeking a Scrum Master to lead agile practices across our engineering teams and help scale our processes as we grow.
In this role, you will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies—daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews—ensuring they align with agile best practices and drive continuous improvement. You'll coach development teams and stakeholders in agile principles, helping them maintain focus on delivering value while fostering innovation. As a servant leader, you'll remove impediments and blockers that affect team productivity and protect the team's ability to perform.
You'll collaborate closely with the Product team to maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and prioritized effectively. You'll track and report on team metrics, sprint progress, and project status to stakeholders, providing transparency and identifying areas for improvement. You'll also facilitate cross-team coordination and communication, especially where multiple teams need to collaborate on healthcare communication solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required
- Demonstrated experience implementing and scaling agile methodologies in software development environments
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Excellence in facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving
- Experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
