Salary: USD 70,304 - 89,535 / annual

WelbeHealth operates a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program that delivers comprehensive medical and community-based services to seniors, enabling them to remain in their homes and communities. The organization provides integrated care including medical, dental, physical therapy, and related services. The Scheduling Supervisor serves as the scheduling subject matter expert, managing operational oversight of participant appointment scheduling while ensuring alignment with WelbeHealth's protocols and regulatory requirements. This is a people-management role with direct supervisory responsibility for the Scheduling Specialists and Onsite Specialty Scheduler team. Key responsibilities include: - Providing operational oversight and ensuring timely, accurate scheduling of participant appointments - Troubleshooting complex or urgent scheduling issues and resolving escalations as the primary point of contact for internal staff, external entities, and participants - Conducting quality assurance through review and audit of scheduling data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance - Managing administrative and compliance tasks to ensure scheduling operations meet all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements - Directly supervising and supporting the scheduling team through coaching, mentorship, and daily oversight - Monitoring team productivity, accuracy, and adherence to scheduling policies and performance standards - Reinforcing WelbeHealth's commitment to exceptional customer service through professional, timely, and empathetic communication Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalency, minimum two years of healthcare scheduling or operations experience, minimum one year working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and scheduling/communication platforms, and demonstrated supervisory experience with team mentoring and development capabilities. Preferred qualifications include an associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or operations management, and experience leading in data-driven environments.
