Optimizely is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join its enterprise systems team in Hanoi. This role bridges business and technology, responsible for gathering requirements, designing documentation, and implementing enterprise systems solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document requirements for enterprise systems projects, integrations, processes, and operations
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation in partnership with the Enterprise Architect and cross-departmental teams
- Develop User Acceptance Testing scenarios, identify test criteria, and validate new functionality and enhancements
- Facilitate working sessions with business owners to understand requirements, identify common ground, and evaluate solutions
- Identify process, operational, and systems gaps across the organization
- Review technical designs and project plans with IT Infrastructure and subject matter experts for alignment
- Map processes and business drivers supported by enterprise systems across departments
- Understand and document data flows between systems
- Build and maintain cross-departmental trust and collaboration
- Work 4:00 PM to 00:00 AM Vietnam Time to ensure overlap with US business hours

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with enterprise architecture (ERPs, HCMs, CRMs) and enterprise software tools (third-party connectors, data enrichment tools, CPQ modules)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ
- Ability to work 4:00 PM to 00:00 AM Vietnam Time
Bonus Experience:
- Related educational degree or certifications
- System Administration experience
- ITIL Service Delivery or Agile methodology certifications
- Public speaking or published work (conference presentations, articles, books)
- Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Marketo, or NetSuite certifications
