Delinea is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support and optimize Lead-to-Quote (L2Q) business processes. You will work alongside senior administrators and stakeholders to manage day-to-day Salesforce operations, maintain data integrity, and contribute to user support and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) on a daily basis
- Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets
- Configure Salesforce functionality to support evolving business and sales processes
- Identify and remedy data quality issues; resolve user and data-related problems
- Manage data imports, exports, updates, and deduplication using Data Loader
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems
- Manage Salesforce releases, enhancements, sandbox testing, and deployment activities
- Maintain documentation for Salesforce configuration, business processes, and administrative procedures
- Assist in testing new features, configurations, and integrations
- Configure flows and business rules to improve L2Q process speed and accuracy
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with senior admins and developers on system enhancements and projects
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant features

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce or CRM systems
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred or in progress
- Strong understanding of Salesforce standard objects (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities)
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Experience with data management tools a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Salesforce automation tools like Flows
- AI/Agentforce experience—hands-on experience deploying, governing, testing, or improving Salesforce AI/Agentforce use cases
- Experience supporting internal users or working in a help desk environment
- Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., Zapier, MuleSoft, APIs)
- Familiarity with L2Q tooling such as Impartner, 6Sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Openprise, or similar systems
