Coder is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own the day-to-day management and optimization of its Salesforce environment. This role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and sales, requiring both administrative expertise and technical development skills.
Key responsibilities include user management, configuration, and data integrity; designing and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows; configuring DealHub CPQ including pricing rules and quote templates; building reports and dashboards focused on pipeline and revenue visibility; and managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations including Okta provisioning and sales tools integration.
You will own data governance across Salesforce by enforcing data quality standards, managing field-level security, and building validation rules. You'll lead technical delivery of system improvements—scoping, building, testing, and deploying changes end-to-end. Additional responsibilities include managing Salesforce releases and sandbox environments, developing customizations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, owning integrations between Salesforce and connected systems, and performing unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
The role expects you to plug into an established environment quickly and operate with minimal oversight, working alongside an experienced Salesforce Admin. You'll partner cross-functionally with Finance, RevOps, and Engineering on projects and support work. AI-assisted development tools are available and encouraged for Apex and technical work.
Required qualifications: 3+ years hands-on Salesforce administration; 2–5 years Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL, Visualforce); strong Flows proficiency; Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 or equivalent); Okta provisioning experience; and direct DealHub CPQ experience.
Bonus experience includes finance team workflows, Rattle/Zapier/Metronome, relational databases (SQL), web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, REST/SOAP), Salesforce Developer certification, and DealHub administrator certification.
