As a Sales Process Optimization Specialist, you will drive continuous improvement across mission-critical sales processes that power customer growth globally. You'll work directly with Sales teams to enable them to perform at their best by owning essential, high-volume workflows and delivering consistent, high-quality results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing core operational processes accurately by following well-defined procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes
- Leveraging data and technology to carry out and improve workflows aligned with departmental policies and compliance requirements
- Taking ownership of essential, high-volume tasks, including maintaining standard operating procedures and process documentation to support departmental efficiency
- Upholding service standards by meeting SLAs for requests and tasks
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in current procedures and supporting the development and execution of enhancements
You should have experience in process optimization or business operations, with strong communication skills to manage cross-departmental stakeholders effectively. An ownership mindset, accountability, and drive to achieve goals in fast-paced environments are essential. You'll need to learn quickly, be adaptable, and stay curious while handling multiple priorities both independently and collaboratively.
Nice-to-have skills include experience with data tools (SQL, Python, R, VBA, Tableau), creating and streamlining large-scale processes, leveraging data to problem-solve and eliminate operational bottlenecks, and project management experience.
