Salary: CAD 111,000 - 139,000 / annual

You will join the Operations team as a Sales Operations Manager focused on the Service organization, which includes Implementation, Installation, and Customer Education business units. This role acts as the central nervous system for the Services organization, optimizing workflows and managing operational processes across these critical teams. You will bring a data-driven perspective to operational process management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify drivers of services performance and lead initiatives to improve the new customer experience and team efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to scope and execute strategic projects that reduce workflow friction and inefficiencies
- Manage weekly and monthly business processes, escalating deviations from goals and expectations
- Serve as connective tissue between Services and the rest of the business
- Generate ad-hoc reporting through Salesforce and other platforms
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, offering an operational lens on business problems at scale
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure the new customer experience is smooth, builds trust, and is efficient for both customers and the business.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of Field Sales/Revenue Operations experience at a high-growth SaaS company in the Mid-Market or Enterprise segments
- Exceptional spreadsheet and data management skills to structure analyses, answer key business questions, and drive decision-making
- Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards, knowledge of SFDC application integrations, and ability to enable sales teams on SFDC best practices
- Experience partnering with Sales Leadership on initiatives such as weekly forecasting, territory alignment, ROE, QBRs, and related projects
- Experience identifying and leveraging AI-driven tools and solutions to enhance sales operations efficiency and effectiveness
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter who takes initiative and operates well with minimal guidance
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple concurrent projects in a rapidly changing, hyper-growth environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
