Scribe is seeking a Sales Operations Manager, Enablement to build and own the go-to-market (GTM) operations and enablement infrastructure for the sales organization. As the first dedicated hire in this role, you will map complete day-in-the-life workflows for every GTM function—Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Customer Success Managers, and Solutions Engineers—ensuring consistency across all pods and eliminating the current fragmentation where experience varies based on individual manager and onboarding path. Your core responsibilities include: mapping and documenting the real workflows that each GTM role performs daily; designing the task, queue, and reporting systems that make workflows visible and consistent; building manager inspection layers so leaders can monitor adoption and performance on a defined cadence; running new-hire onboarding cohorts end-to-end from systems training through first workflows and ramp milestones; owning change adoption when pricing, packaging, processes, or tooling shift; re-architecting broken workflows and specifying fixes for the GTM Systems team to implement; and running frontline user support using Scribe's own Capture and Optimize tools to identify where reps get stuck. You should have operated as a stakeholder or program owner through at least one CRM or systems implementation at a B2B SaaS company. You must be able to identify broken workflows, design solutions, and spec fixes precisely—not just document problems as-is. You need solid understanding of Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems to brief technical teams without building platforms yourself. Experience running onboarding or training cohorts end-to-end, pulling in cross-functional contributors you don't manage, is essential. You're comfortable facilitating training sessions and office hours with large groups of field reps. You use AI-native tools daily as part of your workflow and treat dogfooding Scribe as part of the job. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience owning onboarding or enablement across both Sales and Customer Success, familiarity with Salesforce administration or sales engagement platforms, and background in B2B SaaS with PLG or hybrid GTM experience. This role is not for you if you want to own product enablement (how Scribe works, demo skills, competitive positioning), sales-skill coaching (pitch, cold calling, objection handling), or if you need well-defined processes handed to you—this role builds process from scratch. Scribe is a unicorn-valued platform (founded 2019, 7M users, 600K+ businesses) that captures how work happens and turns it into living assets for people and AI agents. The company is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model: 3 days per week in the SOMA office for those based in the Bay Area, or fully remote US option.
