Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to scale systems, processes, and policies for the Mexico Sales organization. This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities, but significant cross-functional leadership scope.
You will partner closely with Manager to VP-level Sales Leadership across Mexico's Commercial, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments to optimize sales motion, ensuring scalable and efficient processes that drive ACV, retention, and expansion. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional programs focused on improving Mexico Sales outcomes through process redesign, tooling enhancements, and analytics-driven improvements.
You will intake, assess, and prioritize sales-specific requests and process gaps based on business impact and effort, developing a roadmap aligned to core Mexico Sales goals. You'll develop and maintain operational metrics that uncover inefficiencies or risks within seller workflows, providing actionable insights and partnering with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Collaboration with Salesforce Systems and RevOps teams is essential to enhance automation, deliver scalable tooling, define business requirements, conduct UAT, and manage end-user communications. You will own the annual account carve process for Mexico, including territory design, book balancing, and rep-level account distribution across segments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for policy clarity, account ownership disputes, and system enhancement requests from Mexico sales directors and reps. Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as the company scales globally.
