Salary: GBP 118,200 - 159,900 / annual
DocSend (part of Dropbox) is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to serve as the primary regional business partner for sales executives. You will drive operational excellence across sales planning, territory and quota execution, forecast interpretation, and strategic execution. Your core responsibilities include owning regional operating cadence, pipeline inspection, forecasting support, and performance reviews using standardized templates and AI-assisted workflows. You'll partner with systems and data teams to automate recurring reporting, pipeline hygiene checks, and manual workflow steps while maintaining strong human judgment over business recommendations.
You will analyze large datasets to identify trends and risks, validate AI-generated insights, and provide recommendations to improve sales performance and efficiency. Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, and Product to drive alignment and support decision-making. Own, scale, and uplevel Run-the-Business (RTB) processes critical to keeping Sales running seamlessly—driving accuracy, speed, and continuous improvement. Build frameworks and analyses that guide account segmentation, territory planning, and book-of-business management. Support forecasting accuracy and pipeline health through standardized reporting workflows and executive-ready insights.
This role requires 10+ years of sales operations, business strategy, management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory experience (or 6 years with an advanced degree), plus 4 years working with executive stakeholders. You must demonstrate proficiency with AI, automation, or analytics tools to improve forecasting, pipeline inspection, and reporting. A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, along with professional working proficiency in English. The ideal candidate combines AI fluency with strong judgment, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
