Salary: USD 86,000 - 146,000 / annual

The Sales Operations Data & Systems Lead architects the technical foundation and data strategy powering Braze's global sales organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, this role eliminates seller friction by owning GTM tech stack management, building high-integrity workflows, leading continuous Salesforce data cleanup initiatives, and deploying AI-driven solutions. Key responsibilities include: Systems Engineering & Tech Stack Management: Lead technical configuration and governance of Salesforce and the broader GTM stack (Openprise, Clay, etc.). Architect and maintain advanced automations using AI to reduce manual work and streamline account sourcing, enrichment, and routing. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of GTM tools, from vendor selection and integration to user provisioning and support. Data Strategy & Governance: Build scalable cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment workflows across all GTM data sources. Establish policies to improve data quality, governance, and cross-platform alignment. Partner with Marketing and Sales to translate the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) into technical signals for high-quality outbound data. Process Optimization: Redesign Opportunity management, approval flows, and renewal/expansion handoffs to increase seller productivity. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document SOPs, and conduct training to ensure high adoption of GTM tools and Salesforce enhancements. Insights & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the Sales Operations team's Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data transformation. Develop dashboards and KPIs to track system health, data quality trends, and ROI of automation initiatives. Execute cross-functional GTM data projects focused on TAM enrichment, white-space analysis, and strategic account segmentation. Required qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in complex, fast-paced environments (certifications a plus). Experience managing sales data tech stacks. Strong proficiency in data analytics and reporting (Looker, Tableau, advanced Excel, Python preferred). Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into well-architected system solutions. Strong production support mindset and excellent project management and communication skills. Highly preferred: Experience with Openprise, Clay, and/or Tray.io. Experience administering and implementing AI-powered tools or workflows in Go-to-Market or Sales Operations contexts.
