Precision for Medicine is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist II to join their European team. This role is fully remote and can be based in the UK, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, or Romania.
The Sales Operations Specialist II plays a critical role in supporting the global Business Development team in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and occasionally external partners, ensuring seamless information flow and data accuracy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new business development enquiries and lead triage/nurturing in partnership with Marketing and Sales Development
- Partner with Marketing to leverage initiatives and content for BD outreach efforts
- Coordinate sales territories and assist in developing territory plans and strategies to achieve customer and revenue growth targets
- Provide on-the-ground support for the BD team, including RFI completion, CDA coordination, and administrative tasks
- Manage tracking and maintenance of all Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences activity in Salesforce, including accounts, opportunities, contacts, and lead records
- Identify and drive implementation of new process initiatives
- Support Business Development team on meeting and event planning, including trade show attendance and travel coordination
- Provide weekly reports on BD success metrics and communicate data to the Executive Team
- Attend trade shows and other events as needed
You will work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment where attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task are essential. Strong internal and external relationship-building skills are critical to success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) plus 2+ years of related experience, OR 8+ years of experience in a business development role within a CRO setting
- High-level proficiency in Salesforce application and associated reporting functionality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Demonstrated ability to understand the sales cycle and identify customer pain points
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and process efficiency
