Precision for Medicine is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist II to join the European team in a fully remote role. This position supports the global Business Development team in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The Sales Operations Specialist II plays a critical role in managing new business development enquiries, coordinating with Marketing and Sales Development teams to triage and nurture inbound leads, and helping develop territory plans and strategies to meet customer and revenue growth targets. Key responsibilities include: • Management of new business development enquiries and on-the-ground support for the BD team (RFI completion, CDA coordination, etc.) • Partnership with Marketing to leverage initiatives and content for BD outreach efforts • Coordination of sales territories and development of territory plans with Sales Development partners • Tracking and management of Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences activity in Salesforce, including maintenance of accounts, opportunities, contacts, and lead records • Identification and implementation of new process initiatives to improve efficiency • Support for Business Development team on meeting and event planning, including trade show attendance and travel coordination • Weekly reporting of BD success metrics and data communication to Executive Team • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain effective internal and external relationships The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work under pressure while staying organized and managing multiple priorities, and a deep understanding of the sales cycle. You will need to be adaptable, professional, motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal support while also thriving in a team environment. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) plus 2+ years of related experience in a business development role within a CRO setting, OR 8+ years of experience in a business development role • High-level proficiency in Salesforce application and associated reporting functionality • Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook • Demonstrated working knowledge of Strategic Development processes and relevant SOPs and systems • Ability to resolve project-related problems and prioritize workload to meet deadlines • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and plan with minimal support • Focus on continuous improvement and proactive assessment of process efficiency • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive interactions with internal and external stakeholders
