Precision for Medicine is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist II to join the European team in a fully remote role. This position supports the global Business Development team in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
The Sales Operations Specialist II will serve as a critical liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless information flow and accurate, timely data sharing across departments. The role requires meticulous attention to detail in client interactions and data management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Management of new business development enquiries and lead triage/nurturing in partnership with Marketing and Sales Development
- Coordination of sales territories and development of territory plans and strategies to achieve customer and revenue growth targets
- On-the-ground support for the BD team, including RFI completion, CDA coordination, and administrative tasks
- Tracking and management of Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences activity in Salesforce, including maintenance of accounts, opportunities, contacts, and lead records
- Identification and implementation of new process initiatives to improve efficiency
- Partnership with the Business Development team on meeting and event planning, including trade show coordination and travel management
- Attendance at trade shows and events as needed
- Weekly reporting of BD success metrics and data communication to the Executive Team
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, drive to meet and exceed targets, adaptability, and professionalism. You must understand the sales cycle, listen effectively to identify customer pain points, and work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple priorities. Strong internal and external relationship-building skills are essential, along with proficiency in IT tools including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) plus 2+ years of related experience in a business development role within a CRO setting, OR 8+ years of experience in a business development role
- High-level proficiency in Salesforce application and associated reporting functionality
- Strong competency with Strategic Development processes and Precision for Medicine SOPs and systems
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal support while also functioning effectively in a team environment
- Self-motivation and focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency
