Precision for Medicine is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist II to join the European team in a fully remote role. This position supports the global Business Development team in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Manage new business development enquiries and coordinate seamless information flow between internal and external teams • Partner with Marketing to leverage initiatives and content for BD outreach efforts • Triage and nurture inbound leads in collaboration with Marketing and Sales Development • Coordinate sales territories and assist in developing territory plans and strategies to achieve new customer and revenue growth targets • Provide on-the-ground support for the BD team, including RFI completion, CDA coordination, and administrative tasks • Manage tracking and maintenance of Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences activity in Salesforce, including accounts, opportunities, contacts, and leads • Identify and drive new process initiatives through implementation and management • Partner with the Business Development team on meeting and event planning, including trade show coordination and travel management • Attend trade shows and events as needed • Provide weekly reports on BD success and communicate data to the Executive Team The role requires strong attention to detail, accurate data management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) plus 2+ years of related experience, OR 8+ years of experience in a business development role within a CRO setting • High proficiency in Salesforce application and associated reporting functionality • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work under pressure, stay organized, multi-task, and prioritize effectively • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain effective internal and external relationships • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook • Working knowledge of Strategic Development processes and relevant SOPs • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team • Focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency
