Precision for Medicine is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist II to support the global Business Development team in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This role is fully remote and can be based in the UK, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, or Romania. The Sales Operations Specialist II will serve as a critical operational hub, managing new business development enquiries and ensuring seamless information flow between internal teams and external stakeholders. You will partner closely with Marketing and Sales Development to triage and nurture inbound leads, coordinate sales territories, and develop territory plans aligned with revenue growth targets. Key responsibilities include: - Management and tracking of new business development enquiries - Collaboration with Marketing to leverage initiatives and content for BD outreach - Lead triage and nurturing in partnership with Sales Development - Sales territory coordination and territory plan development - On-the-ground BD support including RFI completion and CDA coordination - Salesforce management for Clinical Solutions and Translational Sciences activities, including account, opportunity, contact, and lead record maintenance - Identification and implementation of new process initiatives - Event planning and trade show coordination and attendance - Weekly reporting of BD success metrics to the Executive Team You will work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The role demands excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools, and a deep understanding of the sales cycle. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) plus 2+ years of related experience in a business development role within a CRO setting, OR 8+ years of experience in a business development role - High proficiency in Salesforce application and associated reporting functionality - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work under pressure, stay organized, multi-task, and manage time effectively - Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain effective internal and external relationships - Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook - Knowledge of strategic development processes and relevant SOPs - Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal support
