Abnormal AI, a category-leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support its International SOPS team covering EMEA and APJ regions. This role serves as the connective tissue between go-to-market motion and the systems, data, and processes that power it. Key responsibilities include: **New Hire Onboarding**: Act as the primary SOPS point of contact for incoming revenue-facing employees during their first 30 days. Conduct territory walkthroughs, assign accounts, validate territory coverage, and maintain onboarding documentation and checklists. Partner with enablement and sales leadership to identify performance gaps and create action plans. **Reporting & Analytics**: Own creation and distribution of key field operations reports including new hire ramp metrics, tenured AE performance tracking (activity, tool adoption, quota attainment), SPIFF tracking and payout eligibility, and data hygiene scorecards. Support ad-hoc reporting requests and surface insights on what's working and where risks exist. **Territory Operations**: Validate territory assignments following re-carves or headcount changes, support quarterly and annual planning cycles with data pulls and cleanup, lead monthly Salesforce hygiene activities (account merges, ownership transfers, field standardization). **Automation & Process Improvement**: Lead the shift from manual ticket logging to automated resolution for common issues. Identify recurring Salesforce errors and partner with IT and Sales Systems to build automation for repeat manual processes. Triage and prioritize inbound AE requests based on volume patterns. **POV Approval Board Operations**: Own weekly EMEA Proof of Value Approval Board logistics including rep confirmation, attendee coordination, live tracker maintenance, and post-session reporting. Maintain POV dataset, surface trends, and continuously evolve the board's operations toward greater automation. **International Operations**: Apply correct operating models per theater, support standup of new regions, serve as international ops point of contact across EMEA and APJ time zones, and adapt global Sales Ops processes for international context. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone energized by variety, problem-solving end-to-end, and building a career in revenue operations.
