Gusto is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support its fast-growing Expansion Sales organization. You'll build insights and AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity across Platform Sales, Expansion Account Management, and New Expansion Advisor teams. This role sits at the intersection of data, process, and execution—turning sales challenges into tools, reports, automations, and workflows that drive revenue growth from upsells and cross-sells to Gusto's 500,000+ small business customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Analytics, Reporting & Forecasting: Build and maintain dashboards tracking pacing, funnel metrics, trigger and backlog health, SLAs, and rep productivity. Own weekly forecasts, CFQ closed-won ARR pacing, and probability-weighted pipeline forecasts for Weekly Business Review and Weekly Forecast Review cadences. Partner with Finance and Analytics on operational reporting and revenue insights. Ensure metric definitions and data accuracy so leadership can trust the numbers.
AI Strategy for Sales: Identify and prototype AI and automation tools—process automation, analytics copilots, call coaching—that reduce manual friction. Partner with Sales, BizTech, Product, and Enablement to embed AI into daily workflows. Lead net-new AI and automation projects that connect data insights to productivity improvements.
Process Design & Continuous Improvement: Examine workflows and rep performance to identify bottlenecks. Recommend and implement process and automation changes that improve conversion and efficiency. Design scalable, repeatable systems for quota management, territory administration, and rules of engagement.
You'll work with a team of builders and problem-solvers who value curiosity, open communication, and helping reps operate efficiently across multi-product, multi-team motions.
