Meter is a fast-growing enterprise networking company building hardware and software solutions for modern networks. As Sales Onboarding Program Manager, you will own the design and execution of the sales onboarding program, ensuring new hires ramp efficiently and consistently as the company scales across segments and regions.
You will split your time between onboarding execution (60%) and enablement operations (40%). Working within the Sales Enablement team and cross-functionally with Sales, Channel, Product, Operations, and Engineering, you'll translate enablement strategy into scalable, reliable execution.
In your first 6 months, you will own HQ sales onboarding end-to-end, from planning through follow-up. You'll operate onboarding as a repeatable, scalable program; coordinate and prep speakers across functions; coach new hires through pitch certifications with clear, standards-aligned feedback; establish and maintain a single source of truth for onboarding materials; ensure enablement content is current and organized in the CMS; track onboarding completion, readiness milestones, and certifications; share lightweight reporting on program health; and identify gaps for continuous improvement.
Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and running onsite HQ onboarding sessions, managing onboarding and enablement content (organization, versioning), maintaining onboarding calendars and documentation, coordinating schedules for executives and subject-matter experts, tracking attendance and certification outcomes, observing and coaching pitch certifications, providing regular readouts on progress, supporting CMS administration, enabling distributed/global onboarding with live and async formats, iterating based on feedback, and partnering with enablement leadership to translate standards into execution.
Requirements:
- Experience running enablement, onboarding, or similar cross-functional programs at a high-growth company
- Execution-focused, highly organized, and comfortable owning programs end-to-end
- Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and repeatable processes
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and keeping initiatives moving with minimal oversight
- Deep commitment to quality, consistency, and new hire experience
- Experience supporting distributed or global teams is a plus
