As Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will design and execute enablement initiatives that improve go-to-market productivity, accelerate new hire ramp, strengthen manager effectiveness, and increase pipeline generation and win rates. You will own cross-functional enablement projects end-to-end, from intake and scoping through delivery, measurement, and iteration. Key responsibilities include designing scalable enablement initiatives supporting continuous learning, onboarding, and field readiness across sales and post-sales roles; leading programmatic and project-based initiatives aligned to business priorities; managing multiple concurrent projects with clear scope, timelines, and success metrics; facilitating engaging in-person and virtual enablement sessions for global teams across time zones; driving change management through enablement; and partnering with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Education, Product, and Engineering. You will use metrics, dashboards, and qualitative feedback to monitor program health, measure outcomes, and continuously optimize impact. The role requires strategic thinking, strong project management rigor, comfort operating in ambiguity, bias for action, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and global teams. This position reports to the Manager of Revenue Enablement and is based in the San Francisco office, requiring someone who thrives in an in-person collaborative environment. Required experience: 3-5 years in Revenue Enablement at high-growth SaaS or technology companies, with a track record of owning cross-functional enablement initiatives that delivered measurable business impact. You should have designed and delivered enablement projects driving improvements in productivity, pipeline generation, manager effectiveness, win rates, and time to ramp; facilitated engaging live and virtual sessions for large audiences; and used data and KPIs to evaluate program success and inform decisions.
