Salary: USD 126,800 - 221,900 / annual
ServiceNow is seeking a Cybersecurity Technology Enablement Manager to drive the success of post-sales and technical field teams through strategic enablement initiatives. You will develop and execute programs that enhance time-to-value, customer adoption, retention, and account expansion, leveraging deep technical cybersecurity expertise to bridge complex product architecture and field execution.
This is a highly hands-on role where you will design, scope, and deliver deep-dive technical enablement motions including lab environments, advanced architectural workflows, integrations, and live technical demonstrations for technical customer-facing roles. You will assist with the Armis Ignite onboarding program for Customer Success organization new hires, ensuring they hit major technical and operational learning milestones by day 30.
Key responsibilities include designing and organizing training content using tools like PowerPoint, Articulate Rise, and Camtasia covering Armis product architecture and technical methodologies. You will partner with subject matter experts and leadership to create technical agendas, manage event logistics, conduct surveys, build proof-of-knowledge components, and present outcomes to leadership. You will deliver public speaking and technical workshop facilitation to audiences up to 400 attendees, build targeted enablement motions around product releases, and craft clear cross-functional communications.
You will collaborate closely with leaders across Customer Success, Delivery Assurance, Global Support, Product, and other teams to refine and scale enablement programs. You will take ownership of global post-sales technology enablement, ensuring alignment with company objectives while continuously optimizing programs based on data, customer telemetry, and field insights. Success means being in the trenches with post-sales teams, leading by doing, and demonstrating deep personal ownership of both strategy and execution.
Requirements:
- Prior technical field experience as a Solution Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, Customer Success Manager/Engineer, or Technical Account Manager within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity (strongly preferred)
- Solid foundation in enterprise cybersecurity concepts, asset management, risk mitigation, and enterprise SaaS technology integrations
- 5+ years of experience in technical enablement, Customer Success enablement, or technical training within cybersecurity or B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of explaining complex technical concepts, conducting live technical demonstrations, and evaluating technical competencies
- Experience with authoring tools (Articulate Rise), video editing tools (Camtasia), LMS/CMS platforms, and project management tools (Monday, Asana, Smartsheets)
- Strong leadership abilities with track record of gaining buy-in from Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and leadership teams
