As a Sales Development Representative based in Barcelona, you will be a key part of Flexport's European growth strategy. You will identify and create new sales opportunities for Flexport Europe, working collaboratively with Account Executives across the region to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities. Your day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting through phone calls, email, and social media to demonstrate the value of Flexport's offerings to good-fit companies.
This role is positioned as a talent engine for the sales organization. You will shadow Account Executives in meetings and activities to develop consultative selling skills and learn how global trade operates from the ground up. The company emphasizes coaching and development, with a clear career path: SDRs are fast-tracked into roles such as Account Executive or Account Manager through hands-on, world-class internal training.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Some sales or commercial experience
- Fluent Spanish and English (both spoken and written)
- High energy, enthusiastic communicator
- Comfortable on the phone and adding value to customers
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a quickly adapting tech environment
- Commercial mindset with empathy and ability to present tailored solutions
