Motive is a fleet operations platform that empowers teams managing physical operations with tools for safety, productivity, and profitability. The company serves nearly 100,000 customers across transportation, logistics, construction, energy, field service, manufacturing, and other industries. As a Sales Compliance Analyst, you will protect the integrity of Motive's go-to-market organization by ensuring rules of engagement are followed, deal credit and commissions are properly attributed, and revenue data is clean and defensible. You will report to the Associate Manager of Sales Compliance within GTM Strategy & Sales Operations and work alongside two Sales Compliance Analyst II's on a high-visibility team whose findings inform Sales and Operations leadership. Your day-to-day responsibilities include: managing a queue of compliance requests in Jira with SLA-driven resolution; investigating opportunity ownership and hierarchy disputes in Salesforce using records and activity history; running recurring audits on churn exceptions, disqualified accounts, net new meetings, and pipeline quality; validating partner and referral commission eligibility; reporting findings and trends to leadership; and recommending policy or process improvements. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Deal Desk to interpret rules consistently and improve upstream data quality. The team prioritizes automation and process improvement—in 2025, it absorbed a 34% increase in request volume while resolving cases 36% faster. You will follow a structured 30-day ramp with documented guides for every recurring process. This role offers a clear path to Sales Compliance Analyst II as your scope grows and is a strong foundation for a career in sales or revenue operations. Required qualifications: 2+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, audit, quality assurance, or compliance investigation (ideally at B2B SaaS); hands-on Salesforce experience including ability to investigate records and build reports; proven investigative rigor with ability to reconstruct events from system data and document defensible conclusions; intermediate spreadsheet skills (pivots, lookups, reconciliation); excellent written and verbal English; comfort with queue-based work against SLAs; based in Islamabad with availability to overlap with US stakeholders several times per week.
