Semperis, a recognized fast-growing cybersecurity company, is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to administer and optimize global sales compensation programs. This is a lead-level individual contributor role reporting to the Global Compensation Director. You will own day-to-day administration of Xactly Incent, the company's primary compensation platform, managing participant data, access, plan assignments, configurations, and global incentive plan maintenance. You'll lead annual plan implementations in partnership with Revenue Operations, ensuring configuration, data validation, testing, and plan-year readiness. You'll also manage compensation plan letter administration, including preparation, coordination, issuance, and maintenance. Key responsibilities include managing recurring commission and incentive calculations from source-data validation through final review and approval, ensuring results and payment files are delivered to Payroll on schedule. You'll investigate discrepancies involving assignments, splits, credits, quotas, rates, currencies, and plan terms, preparing documented true-ups and corrections. You'll perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of Xactly Incent data against Salesforce, HR, payroll, and Finance systems to validate completeness and accuracy. You'll produce reporting and analysis on incentive attainment, commissions, payments, and reconciliation status, analyzing large datasets to identify trends and anomalies. You'll provide onboarding and training to employees and managers on compensation plans and incentive calculations. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders, and partner with the Revenue Analyst on GAAP compliance. You'll maintain audit-ready documentation, improve controls and operating procedures, and support month-end and quarter-end close activities. REQUIREMENTS: • Hands-on experience administering Xactly Incent and global compensation programs, including plan assignments, calculations, reporting, data uploads, implementations, and issue resolution • Experience performing commission calculations, reconciliations, variance analysis, adjustments, and audit support • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation methods) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience working with Finance, Revenue Operations, Human Resources, Sales Operations, Legal, Payroll, or related stakeholders • Ability to create repeatable processes, maintain accurate documentation, and improve controls • Clear written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail • Ability to meet short payroll and month-end close deadlines while maintaining data accuracy PREFERRED: • 2+ years of experience in sales compensation and commission program administration, implementation, and analysis • Relevant experience in variable-pay payroll, Sales or Revenue Operations, accounting, audit, or financial analysis • Experience supporting global compensation programs across multiple countries or currencies • Experience supporting compensation or finance processes in a public company, high-tech, or SaaS environment • Familiarity with US GAAP, including ASC 606 • Experience with Salesforce, Workday, or NetSuite • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage complex tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, scaling environment
