Dandy is transforming the dental industry through technology, building an operating system for dental practices globally. This role is a clinical sales and conversion position focused on expanding product adoption within Dandy's existing customer base. You will own expansion opportunities from initial qualified meeting through first product line order and early adoption. Working alongside the Product Line Business Development team, you serve as the trusted clinical expert guiding practices through the sales and adoption journey. This is not a training delivery role—your primary success metric is new product line activations: practices placing their first order and returning for additional purchases. Key responsibilities include: - Owning expansion opportunities from qualified meeting through first order and early adoption - Conducting clinical Q&As, workflow consultations, and follow-up training sessions with prospective expansion practices - Proactively helping practices identify their first case rather than waiting for them to initiate - Following a defined post-training sequence until first order is placed or opportunity is closed - Partnering with Product Line BDRs and internal teams to receive qualified handoffs and provide feedback on opportunity quality - Achieving monthly and quarterly activation targets for new product line adoption - Maintaining deep clinical expertise in Dandy's product offering and digital workflows The role includes up to 30% travel for in-practice sales and training activities. Requirements: - Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital dental workflows specific to product line or related clinical specialty - Deep technical expertise in product line - Demonstrated success in consultative selling, clinical advising, or practice development - Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage a pipeline of post-meeting/training opportunities - Ability to communicate clinical and business value clearly to practice owners and clinical staff - Certified Orthodontist with experience in Treatment Planning Bonus qualifications: - Experience in a sales, practice development, or quota-carrying clinical role - Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM - Relentlessly positive attitude and strong sense of humor
