Port is an Agentic SDLC Platform that helps engineering teams build, govern, and operate the software development lifecycle with AI agents. Following a $100M Series C funding round, the company is in a growth and global expansion phase. The Sales Analyst role owns the analytical foundation of the sales organization, working closely with leadership in Tel Aviv. The position splits between two core responsibilities: **Data Quality & CRM Hygiene:** Own ongoing CRM data integrity, including pipeline stages, deal fields, forecast accuracy, and field completeness. Proactively monitor data quality and flag inconsistencies before they break forecasts or reports. Go beyond fixing issues to understanding root causes and preventing recurrence. **Analysis & Strategic Insights:** Analyze pipeline health, bookings, revenue, and funnel performance across segments and individual reps. Identify trends, anomalies, and risks early. Build and maintain analytical models for forecasting, performance tracking, and deal-level analysis. Work hands-on with spreadsheets, SQL, BI tools, and data warehouses to transform raw data into actionable narratives. Present analysis to leadership and the CRO, both through prepared reports and in live discussions. Collaborate with Finance and RevOps on planning cycles, quarterly business reviews, and strategic initiatives. This role requires someone who genuinely understands how sales operates and can live and breathe the business. **Requirements:** The posting does not explicitly state years of experience, education, or certifications. However, the role implicitly requires: proficiency with CRM systems and data warehouse platforms; hands-on SQL and BI tool expertise; strong analytical and modeling skills; ability to communicate complex data insights to executive leadership; and deep understanding of sales operations, pipeline management, and revenue metrics.
