eleQtron is developing full-stack quantum computers based on trapped-ion technology. We are seeking a Procurement Specialist (Sachbearbeiter Einkauf) to join our operations team in Siegen, Germany.
You will be responsible for end-to-end procurement operations, including processing and maintaining order confirmations by verifying prices, quantities, delivery dates, and terms against purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies with suppliers. You will track delivery schedules, follow up consistently with suppliers on delays, and communicate schedule changes to relevant departments. You will create and maintain item master data in our ERP system, including manufacturer part numbers, pricing, lead times, and purchasing information. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive supplier data including master records, contact details, terms, certificates, and evaluations.
Data quality is critical: you will conduct regular reviews and cleansing activities to identify and resolve duplicate records and ensure accuracy across systems. You will support the full purchasing workflow from requisition through invoice verification, and contribute to continuous improvement of master data standards and purchasing processes within the ERP environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk) or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in purchasing, order processing, or master data management, ideally in a technology-driven environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and strong Excel skills
- Fluent German and good English (written and spoken)
- Basic technical understanding to accurately enter items and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a structured, independent work approach
- Strong communication skills and persistence in supplier follow-up
