Salary: USD 100,000 - 120,000 / annual
Mark43 is seeking a Public Safety Consultant specializing in Records Management System (RMS) products and workflows to join the Services team. This is a customer-facing role responsible for overseeing configuration and business process analysis across public safety agencies. You will work on products including Reporting, Case Management, Evidence, and Warrants, operating in a consultative capacity to ensure product features, workflows, and technical configurations are properly defined and tested for each agency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leverage specialized RMS knowledge to optimize public safety agency operations
- Oversee configuration and business process analysis across diverse public safety agencies
- Train agencies on Mark43 RMS best practices and guide change management and product adoption
- Establish processes to deliver RMS workstream best practices across all customers
- Oversee end-to-end testing of RMS workstreams, integrations, and hardware components
- Work with stakeholders to guide change management best practices and ensure successful feature deployment
- Gather product feedback and collaborate with the Product team on development priorities
- Assist growth initiatives by vetting customer workflows for downstream planning
- Coordinate with project managers on key metrics, risks, and team planning
- Collaborate with the Training team to update training materials
This position requires at least 50% travel.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-5 years of experience as a product consultant or public safety employee with RMS focus
- Willingness to be hands-on during planning and delivery
- Experience developing, communicating, and training on workflows and best practices
- Strong communication skills with ability to create buy-in across diverse user groups and lead change management
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new features and determine user benefits
- Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking ability
