SoFi is seeking a Risk Strategy Execution Analyst to drive the implementation of lending strategies and collections initiatives across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of risk management, operations, and product development, coordinating cross-functional efforts to optimize collections efficiency while maintaining compliance with policy and regulatory requirements. You will own the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives in the lending space. Key responsibilities include coordinating implementation of new treatments and strategies across lending products, developing detailed business requirements for small to mid-sized projects, and communicating those requirements to partners in Risk Infrastructure, Engineering, and Product Development. You'll facilitate visibility across Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other teams to ensure alignment on complex initiatives. Post-implementation, you'll validate solutions, identify defects, and recommend mitigation strategies. You'll develop internal tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor project progress, detect blockers early, and escalate risks before they impact collections effectiveness. This requires strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while identifying and communicating roadblocks clearly. You'll work closely with Operations and product partners to identify gaps in system and process flows, ensuring that strategy, execution, policies, state legalities, and regulatory guidelines (FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, CFPB Reg F) align when contacting delinquent customers. The role demands creative problem-solving to drive initiatives forward despite obstacles, advanced analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into detailed product requirements. Required: 5+ years of collections and operations industry experience with a bachelor's degree. Strong organizational and analytical skills, effective communication (verbal and written), and ability to collaborate in a remote setting. Nice-to-have skills include SQL proficiency for data-level testing validation, Snowflake experience, project management background, and deep collections industry knowledge including regulatory expertise.
