This role combines daily risk operations with product and process support. On the operations side, you'll perform daily risk checks against established SOPs, monitor key metrics and system alerts, investigate data anomalies in collaboration with business, engineering, and operations teams, and drive issues to resolution. You'll execute recurring routines including stress testing, scenario analysis, and parameter maintenance. You'll track daily equity account positions, cash, and margin data, review anomalies, and execute margin call follow-ups per established rules. You'll also support acceptance testing for broker integrations (e.g., Longbridge) and system features, and support post-launch operations for the equities business by producing operating guides, collecting client feedback, and driving issue resolution for newly onboarded markets like Hong Kong equities.
On the product side, you'll help maintain rule documents and SOPs for risk control systems, contribute to requirement discussions and PRD compilation, and prepare test cases for UAT.
You'll need a bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline, plus 1–3 years of full-time experience in risk product management or risk operations. Strong logical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work at pace are essential. Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required. Experience with AI tools for data handling is preferred, as is prior experience in risk, operations, or data roles at a crypto exchange or fintech company. Knowledge of SFO/SEC guidelines and related regulations is a plus.
