CEEZER is building enterprise-grade infrastructure for Climate Performance Asset management, helping the world's largest companies source and manage carbon credits, Energy Attribution Certificates, and Sustainable Aviation Fuel certificates with data-driven precision and real-time monitoring.
You will own the complete RFP lifecycle as an operational partner, moving beyond traditional bid coordination to structure complex cross-functional inputs and convert technical solution details into winning enterprise proposals. This role combines commercial rigor with polished execution to ensure enterprise buyers experience high-impact, compliant deliverables at every stage of the evaluation process.
Key responsibilities include: leading end-to-end RFP strategy formulation and timeline adherence for on-time, high-quality submissions; rallying cross-functional deal teams across Sales, Climate Strategy & Solutions, Operations, Supply, Risk, Legal, and Finance to streamline workflows; analyzing opportunity dynamics and competitive landscapes to translate operational capabilities into clear, high-converting client communications; developing and maintaining reusable content libraries, templates, and proposal resources to enable faster turnaround times; conducting systematic win/loss post-mortems to identify operational improvements; and partnering with Sales and Marketing to elevate proposal templates and pitch materials.
You should have 3–5 years of experience in bid management, proposal operations, or complex project management with a track record of driving flawless execution on large enterprise tenders. Exceptional project management capabilities, operational discipline, and the ability to structure complex deliverables under tight deadlines are essential. You'll need strong analytical skills with command of data modeling and presentation tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Google Slides), capable of translating complex metrics into polished client-facing assets. Polished verbal and written communication skills with executive presence to engage senior stakeholders are required. Fluency in English is mandatory; German fluency is a bonus. Understanding of the Voluntary Carbon Market is a plus.
