Yuzu is building next-generation health insurance infrastructure for the self-funded employer market. As the first Revenue Operations hire, you will build and scale the go-to-market engine from the ground floor.
You will own end-to-end CRM architecture (Attio), including data structure, hygiene standards, and reporting. You'll build dashboards and reporting cadences that serve as the source of truth for forecast accuracy and pipeline health, synthesizing insights for company leadership.
Commission administration is a core responsibility: you'll translate compensation plans into calculation logic, execute monthly/quarterly payout cycles with full audit trails, resolve rep disputes, and become the trusted expert reps rely on for compensation questions. You'll also manage account allocation across the sales team and ensure accurate CRM reflection.
In your first 30 days, you'll audit current commission processes, map manual steps, and understand CRM architecture and data quality gaps. By day 60, you'll own the commission calculation and payout cycle, establish documented repeatable processes, and begin cleaning up CRM data quality. By day 90 and beyond, you'll fully own commission administration with predictable on-time payouts, lead core RevOps reporting and forecasting, reduce dispute volume and resolution time, and help shape the function's roadmap as it scales.
You'll work closely with Sales, Finance, and company leadership with significant autonomy and ownership. This is a demanding role suited for someone who acts like an owner and thrives in building functions from scratch.
