Sensi.AI is a hyper-growth startup transforming home care through agentic AI. As a RevOps Analyst, you will partner with the RevOps Manager to serve as the operational engine behind the Go-To-Market organization. You will own revenue intelligence and analytics, moving beyond basic reporting to provide deep-funnel analysis. This includes tracking LTV/CAC ratios, cohort performance, and pipeline velocity to identify growth levers and hidden risks. You'll be responsible for the accuracy of forecasting models, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into future revenue. You will architect a seamless Lead-to-Renewal customer journey by designing frameworks that bridge Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your focus will be on friction reduction and automated health scoring to maximize Net Revenue Retention. Process optimization and governance are core to the role. You'll develop and maintain the "Source of Truth" by building scalable playbooks that standardize team operations, ensuring data hygiene becomes a byproduct of high-performing, automated workflows rather than a cleanup task. You will manage the GTM tech stack with an emphasis on interoperability, evaluating and integrating emerging AI and automation tools for their ability to improve data flow and provide a 360-degree customer view. As a strategic cross-functional partner, you'll act as connective tissue between GTM departments, leading business reviews with Sales and Success leaders to translate operational challenges into technical solutions and performance-driven insights. Finally, you'll drive organizational "system IQ" through change management and enablement, translating technical updates into business value and driving adoption of new processes through clear documentation and data-driven feedback loops.
