GitLab is seeking a Revenue Technology Analyst to support and maintain the technology stack powering its go-to-market teams. In this role, you'll work with a 10+ tool revenue tech stack including Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and adjacent platforms to enable sales, customer success, and revenue operations teams.
Key responsibilities include executing the technical roadmap for the revenue lifecycle, supporting user provisioning and troubleshooting, identifying process gaps and recommending improvements, managing vendor relationships and renewals, and building reporting and dashboards that improve team efficiency. You'll partner cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Marketing Operations, IT, Enablement, Privacy, and Legal to implement integrations, automations, and new solutions. Documentation and knowledge management are critical—you'll create workflows, support processes, and troubleshooting guides to enable self-service in GitLab's all-remote environment.
The role emphasizes leveraging AI to automate and streamline both internal RevTech processes and broader GTM workflows. You'll support the business rhythm of revenue teams through consistent provisioning, user support, and ongoing maintenance of the tech stack.
Required experience includes background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or analytics supporting go-to-market teams. You should have hands-on experience with at least two revenue or sales tools (Gong, Clari, Outreach, Groove, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Kantata, or similar), understanding of system integrations and data management, and exposure to vendor processes, tool evaluations, and implementation planning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear communication, and comfort in asynchronous, all-remote environments are essential. Experience leveraging AI in daily workflows and building agents or artifacts to accelerate productivity is valued.
