Passport is seeking a Revenue Systems & Operations Analyst to own the administration, optimization, and evolution of their revenue technology stack. This is a hands-on individual contributor role serving as the primary Salesforce Administrator and technical systems partner for the go-to-market organization. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Partnerships, 3PL, Finance, and other stakeholders to improve processes, automate workflows, and ensure systems scale with the business. Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, flows, permission sets, reports, and dashboards. You'll build and optimize automations using Salesforce Flow and declarative tools, troubleshoot system issues, manage user provisioning and security, and ensure CRM data quality through governance and process improvements. Beyond Salesforce, you'll administer and optimize the broader revenue technology stack including HubSpot, Clay, Gong Engage, Similarweb, Chili Piper, Sweep, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Coefficient, and other sales engagement and enrichment platforms. You'll maintain system integrations, troubleshoot data flow and synchronization issues, partner with vendors on implementations, and evaluate opportunities to consolidate or improve tools. You'll also partner with go-to-market leaders to improve workflows and operational efficiency, translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, build reports and dashboards for actionable insights, identify automation opportunities, support territory management and lead routing, and document business processes and configurations. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience), 2–3 years in Salesforce Administration, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related systems roles, hands-on experience configuring Salesforce using declarative tools, and familiarity with revenue technology platforms. Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
