OpenLoop is a telehealth platform that enables companies to deliver virtual care across specialties in all 50 states. The Revenue Systems Analyst role is a hands-on position responsible for the day-to-day administration and optimization of the company's GTM tech stack, primarily Salesforce and HubSpot. You will own Salesforce administration including user management, profiles, permissions, object and field configuration, validation rules, flows, page layouts, and release management. On the HubSpot side, you'll manage contact and list administration, workflow builds, form and landing page configuration, email deliverability, and data hygiene. A core responsibility is maintaining data quality across both platforms—identifying duplicates, enforcing field standards, running audits, and building validation rules to keep data clean at the source. You'll serve as the primary support contact for GTM users (sales, marketing, customer success) troubleshooting system issues and training teams on new features and workflows. You'll build and maintain automation in both Salesforce Flows and HubSpot Workflows, translating business process requirements into reliable configurations. You'll also support the HubSpot-Salesforce integration, ensuring reliable data syncs, accurate field mappings, and quick issue resolution. Additionally, you'll create and maintain reports and dashboards providing visibility into key GTM metrics, handle ad hoc reporting requests, maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations and workflows, and follow structured change management processes. You'll partner with the Director of Revenue Systems & AI to execute the GTM systems roadmap, translating design decisions into working configurations and delivering enhancements on schedule. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce and HubSpot administration in a B2B SaaS environment, with Salesforce Administrator certification required. HubSpot certifications and deep familiarity with the HubSpot-Salesforce integration are strongly preferred. You should be comfortable building automation without developer support, have a data-quality mindset, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users. Experience with CRM migrations or major platform buildouts is a plus.
