Nearmap is a property intelligence platform that combines aerial imagery, AI-driven analytics, and geospatial tools to help professionals plan, build, insure, and govern the built environment. The Revenue Systems Administrator will join a global team managing Nearmap's core revenue technology stack, including Salesforce, Gong, Conga CPQ, and NetSuite. Based in the Lehi, UT office (with openness to remote candidates within the continental US), you'll handle day-to-day Salesforce administration including user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, security settings, and license management. You'll build and maintain declarative automation using Flows, validation rules, and approval processes in coordination with fellow administrators across regions. Configuration and maintenance of Conga CPQ—including product bundles, pricing rules, quote templates, and approval workflows—will be a key responsibility, shared with other CPQ admins. You'll work alongside administrators in other regions to maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workato, ensuring clean data flow across the revenue stack. This includes monitoring scheduled jobs, identifying integration errors, and resolving sync failures during your coverage window. You'll serve as a point of contact for end-user support tickets related to Salesforce and connected systems, training Sales, Finance, and Product users on system functionality and best practices. Additional responsibilities include participating in regular system audits to identify unused fields and data quality issues, supporting UAT cycles by executing test scripts and validating fixes, and maintaining system documentation including data flow diagrams and integration dependency maps. You'll contribute to change management practices and help reduce technical debt across the global admin team. Required qualifications include Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification or 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, plus 2+ years in a SaaS or B2B environment. Working familiarity with CPQ platforms (Conga CPQ or comparable) is essential. Experience with NetSuite, Workato, or similar integration platforms is a plus. You should be comfortable with declarative Salesforce tools, understand how CPQ, CRM, ERP, and marketing automation systems connect, and have strong written communication skills for coordinating with a distributed team across time zones.
