Anthropic is seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations professional to establish and lead the commercial operations function for Korea. As the first member of this team in the region, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by partnering with sales leadership to develop and execute Korea-specific go-to-market strategies. You will serve as the trusted advisor to the Korea Country Manager on business planning and execution, shaping how Anthropic wins in Korea across enterprise groups, mid-market companies, and fast-growing tech firms. This is a senior individual-contributor role with no direct reports initially, reporting to the head of Revenue Strategy & Operations for Asia-Pacific (based in Sydney) while working day-to-day with the Korea sales team in Seoul. Key responsibilities include owning annual and quarterly go-to-market planning (targets, territories, sales capacity), developing market segmentation and territory design strategies, identifying market opportunities and competitive dynamics, supporting partner and reseller execution, and analyzing sales performance data to surface risks and opportunities. You will run the rhythm of the business through weekly forecast reviews, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and prepare executive-level materials. You'll work cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Finance, Marketing, and Partnerships to align Korea's execution with Asia-Pacific and global company strategy. Operationally, you will manage core commercial processes including account and territory changes, planning inputs, and data quality through the global Revenue Operations team. You'll bring global sales processes, tools, and programs into Korea while serving as the voice of Korea back to headquarters when changes are needed. This role requires structured thinking, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to influence without direct authority—turning open-ended questions into clear analysis and recommendations that drive decisions across teams you don't manage. You will use Claude and Salesforce daily to accomplish the work of a much larger team, and will travel occasionally within the Asia-Pacific region.
