Culture Amp is the world's leading employee experience platform serving 25 million employees across 6,000+ companies. As a Revenue Specialist on the Revenue Operations team, you'll ensure every closed-won deal in Salesforce is accurate, properly approved, and fully documented.
You'll audit closed-won deals to verify commercial terms, approvals, pricing, products, contract details and documentation are correct and complete, routing any errors back to deal owners for correction. You'll work hands-on in DealHub CPQ to help reps build and troubleshoot quotes, learn approval and validation logic, and understand how quote configuration flows through to Service Order and Salesforce.
You'll own and resolve day-to-day Deal Desk tickets, applying documented commercial policy to give Sales clear guidance on structuring compliant agreements. You'll partner with Account Executives, Sales leadership, Finance, Legal and Revenue Operations to resolve deal issues and keep opportunities moving forward.
You'll help identify recurring deal-quality issues and process gaps, flagging patterns to leadership and contributing ideas for improving Deal Desk workflows. You'll escalate system configuration work to GTM Systems and the Quote-to-Cash Systems Lead.
The role requires 2+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations supporting a SaaS sales organization. You need a working understanding of the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, a track record of reviewing sales transactions with attention to detail, and strong Salesforce skills. Familiarity with CPQ platforms like DealHub or Salesforce CPQ is required—you don't need to be an expert but should be comfortable configuring quotes and diagnosing issues.
You're curious, detail-oriented, organized, and a natural collaborator comfortable working across Sales, Finance and Legal. Culture Amp expects most employees to work from their local office an average of 2 days per week.
