Fudo is a high-growth SaaS startup serving thousands of restaurants across Latin America with management software and mobile applications. The company is the market leader in Chile and Argentina, with accelerating expansion in Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil.
The Revenue Operations Manager will lead the RevOps function across Fudo's five Latin American markets, supporting Commercial and Customer Success teams. This is a pure RevOps role focused on building and operating systems, creating and optimizing processes that drive sales efficiency, pipeline discipline, individual performance visibility, and AI-powered automation.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end management of the revenue stack (HubSpot, Intercom, proprietary tools), ensuring clean data, healthy integrations, and consistency across all five markets
- Improving lead flow and conversion across funnel stages
- Building dashboards and health scores for individual rep and CSM performance, with leading indicators by role
- Monitoring commercial team efficiency (quota attainment, ramp time, time to close, CAC, payback) disaggregated by rep, team, and country
- Leading automation and optimization initiatives with AI across Revenue, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Designing and managing incentive plans and quotas aligned to growth strategy and unit economics
- Leading and developing the Revenue Operations team with clear ownership and enablement focus
- Partnering with Sales and CS team leaders across countries to deliver necessary tools and processes
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Systems, Data Analysis, or related field; 5-8 years of Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or CS Ops experience in SaaS focused on SMBs; proven end-to-end CRM ownership (ideally HubSpot) including architecture, workflows, reporting, and data governance; fluency with BI tools and SQL for autonomous dashboard and analysis building; data-driven mindset; systemic understanding of funnel dynamics and second-order effects; service-oriented mentality operating RevOps as an enabler.
